Firefighters rescue two girls that get stuck on top of 7ft tall playhouse in Milton Keynes

    Firefighters rushed to rescue two girls that became stuck on top of a 7ft tall playhouse on Friday (6/8).

    One fire engine and its crew from West Ashland attended the scene in Shenley Lodge just after 17:10.

    The firefighters used a short extension ladder to rescue two girls who had become stuck.

    Further circumstances surrounding the incident remain unknown.

    In other news, firefighters also attended the scene of a collision between a car and motorbike on Saturday afternoon (7/8).

    It took place on Saxon Street near Heelands and the responding firefighters found one man injured at the scene, to whom they provided immediate emergency care.
