Terms and Conditions

1. Entrants must be resident in the UK and aged 18 or over on 18^th October 2016.

2. The Promoter will post the Thurlow Nunn Milton Keynes Xscape and Cineworld gift cards competition on the following Facebook account:-  https://www.facebook.com/ThurlowNunn which will incorporate within them, the opportunity to participate, and the details of the Prize, the mechanics of how to enter, and the closing time and dates which apply. 

3. To enter the Prize Draw promotion (“the Promotion”), entrants must re -"Facebook” the given message to the Promoter.

4. The Prize Draw is free and no purchase is necessary.

5. The Closing Date for each of the Prize Draw promotions will be clearly stated within the message placed by the Promoter on Facebook advising of the Prize Draw details.

6. Only one entry per household per prize draw. 

7. Entries must not be submitted through agents or third parties, and any such entries will be invalid.

8. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any entries that are delayed or lost in transmission.

9. The prize will consist of one gift card for Milton Keynes Xscape worth £70 and one gift card for Milton Keynes Cineworld worth £50, located at Xscape, 602 Marlborough Gate, Milton Keynes MK9 3XS. The gift cards will be presented to the winner at Thurlow Nunn Milton Keynes. 10. The Winner/s will be randomly selected by an independent adjudicator (appointed by the Promoter) from all the entry submissions received by the Closing Date in respect to the Promotion. The adjudicator’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. The Winner/s will be notified through a “Facebook” message posted on Facebook directly to the Winner. Any Prize must be claimed by the person named on the official winning Prize Draw entry submission within 24 hours of notification from the promoter. Failure to claim the Prize within this period, shall lead to the Prize being forfeited and entitle the Promoter to redraw another winner without liability.

12. No cash or other alternatives to any Prize is available; and the prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

13. The name and county of the Winner/s can be obtained from Thurlow Nunn Milton Keynes – 1 Elmswell Gate Towergate, Wavendon MK17 8US, to those persons sending a stamped addressed envelope addressed within 10 days of the Closing Date for the Prize Draw that was stated within the message posted by the Promoter. 

14. The Promoter reserves the right to use the name of the Winner/s for the purpose of publicity without charge, and the Winner/s hereby consent to the same.

15. Events may occur that render the awarding of the Prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative Prize of equal value should this prove necessary.

16. By entering the Prize Draw promotions, all entrants confirm they have read, accepted and agreed to be bound to the Terms and Conditions of which the application instructions, form part, and consent to being contacted for the purpose of Condition 6 (if applicable), and acknowledge that Facebook is not the promoter and has no liability in connection with this promotion.

17. The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered or associated with Facebook, and Facebook does not endorse the products of the Promoter. No information relating to any entrants is collected on behalf of or passed onto Facebook.
