Milton Keynes-based escape room to donate £1 to Ukrainian Embassies fund With Ukraine for each player who visits

Escape For Real will be donating £1 for each player who goes into one of their escape rooms.

Escape for Real is a high-tech escape room based in Newport Pagnell that guarantees an immersive experience in a sci-fi reality, full of puzzling electronic devices.

Escape for Real has announced it will be donating to the Ukrainian Embassies fund With Ukraine £1 for each player who comes to their rooms, from £2 to £10 depending on the size of the team.

According to the Embassy the money will be spent on providing humanitarian assistance to Ukrainians.

“It is impossible for us to stand aside and watch the atrocities committed against the independent country of Ukraine and its people. The aggression has to be stopped and we need to do whatever we can to help”, said Eva Smit, the owner of Escape for Real. "We Stand With Ukraine!"

Business and residents across Milton Keynes have been coming together to 'stand with Ukraine', yesterday, MKFM reported that the Ukrainian flag is currently flying alongside the Union flag outside The Civic, where a motion is set to be presented to Milton Keynes Council in support of the people of Ukraine.

Cllr Pete Marland, Council Leader and Leader of the Labour Group, said:  “Our thoughts are with the people of Ukraine, who are currently living in fear because of Putin’s cruel, horrendous and unjust invasion of the country.

"We stand with Ukrainians in their fight to maintain democracy and self-determination and will support them in whatever way we can.”

Milton Keynes North MP Ben Everitt has also shared online that he has signed the Book Of Solidarity for Ukraine which will be sent to the chairman of the Ukrainian Parliament.

The book has been signed by members across the House Of Commons as a show of unity and support for the people of Ukraine.
