Beat Blue Monday with Fitness First in Milton Keynes

    The 3rd Monday of January, commonly known as Blue Monday, is considered one of the most depressing days of the year. But the Fitness Experts at Fitness First know the importance of starting your week right and exercising on a Monday.  

    • 42% say exercising on a Monday makes them far more likely to exercise for the rest of the week  
    • More than half (56%) of those who skipped working out on Monday, felt demotivated, sluggish, tired and ‘playing catch up’ in life and work 
    • More than a third (34%) found their eating habits and nutrition were positively impacted for the week ahead if they exercised on a Monday 
    • More than a third (36%) admitted working from home has made it more difficult to exercise  

    So, this year, yet again, Fitness First are turning Blue Monday, RED!  

    • Fitness First clubs will be open to all (FOR FREE). Beat Blue Monday and sweat it out on their gym floors! 
    • And for that extra little bit of motivation to hit the gym, they are also inviting everyone to #BurnOffYourBills. Anyone visiting their clubs will be in with a chance to win their energy bills paid for January*
