    MK Dons Sport and Education Trust (SET) is an independent charity aligned to Milton Keynes Dons.

    The MK Dons SET delivers life-changing programmes in Milton Keynes and the surrounding area and focuses on education, social inclusion, health and wellbeing, girls and women's football, football development and community delivery. These various areas allows them to engage a diverse range of people as they continue to be a focal point of community activity.

    The SET is a dynamic and progressive organisation that is committed to promoting a healthy and active lifestyle in MK and beyond.

    Current roles available

    • RTC Casual Coach: The role of RTC Casual Coach joining the Women’s Development Team at MK Dons SET will be to deliver practical football sessions in line with the Girls’ Regional Talent Club technical programme. Closing date for Application Forms: 28 February 2022

    • Youth and Community Officer - Full Time: An exciting new opportunity is available within MK Dons Sports and Education Trust developing and supporting communities of all ages to participate in new and existing projects and programmes. The role will require liaison and coordination of projects including our new UK Youth programme for young people and supporting the development and recruitment of young people to our PL Kicks programmes. The right candidate will be confident and outgoing and have the ability to encourage participation in a wide range of existing programmes and activities as well as having the skills to develop from scratch new initiatives as part of MK Dons SET Community Team. Closing date for Application Forms: 28 February 2022

    • Trainee Sustainability Development Assistant: An opportunity to have a positive impact and contribute to MK Dons commitment to Environmental Sustainability by promoting effective sustainability initiatives within the CCO and local community. Closing date for Application Forms: 28 February 2022

    • Kickstart: MK Dons SET are thrilled to be offering Kickstart at Stadium MK. The Kickstart Scheme gives individuals aged 16 to 24 who are at risk of long-term unemployment the opportunity to gain valuable work experience and build their career.
