After a season of playing behind closed doors, the MK Dons squad is preparing to play in front of fans for the first home game of the season on Saturday (14/8).
There was a buzz at Stadium MK when MK Dons played a pre-season friendly against Tottenham Hotspur last month.
And now, the players are looking forward to playing at the Bletchley-based stadium for their first home Sky Bet League One clash of the season against Sunderland.
Kick-off is at 3pm on Saturday (14/8) and tickets for all August home fixtures go on sale tomorrow (9/8).
The club then welcomes Charlton Athletic to Milton Keynes on Tuesday 17 August (kick-off 7.45pm) before taking on Accrington Stanley at Stadium MK on Saturday 28 August (kick-off 3pm).
The cost of tickets varies but the club will be continuing its popular offering of under 12s go free.
MK Dons' youngest supporters will be able to sit in the newly-unveiled MKFM Family Area, which has been introduced to enhance the matchday experience for families.
Darren Dorrington, CEO of MKFM, said: ‘’Come rain or shine, matchdays are always a great afternoon out and MKFM are excited to play an even bigger role with the newly named MKFM Family Area, especially with fans returning this season.
“We’ve got plenty up our sleeves that we will announce shortly - this is, certainly, going to be one of the best seasons yet.’’
There will also be the MKFM Pre-Match Show before every home league game, hosted by Darren and Lia from the MK Breakfast Show.
The MKFM Pre-Match Show will take place in the hour prior to kick-off and will include music, games, and competitions, with all the fun being shown live on the big screen, to keep supporters of all ages entertained in the build-up to the game – make sure you get in early to avoid missing out!
