Take a look inside the cheapest property to buy in Milton Keynes right now

The property market in Milton Keynes is growing rapidly, and there are plenty of properties available at different price points.

Earlier this week, MKFM revealed the top ten most expensive streets in Milton Keynes. The most expensive street, Mill Lane in Woburn Sands, has an average house price of £1,061,211.

As we looked at the most expensive places, we thought it's time to have a look down the other end of the spectrum at the cheapest property on the market right now.

The cheapest property, according to Zoopla, is a studio apartment on Silbury Boulevard in Central Milton Keynes.

£185,000 will get you one bedroom, one bathroom, and one reception room.

The apartment complex, which is 2 minutes away from Milton Keynes Central, will be complete by the end of January.

And the estate agent, keen to promote the sale, says that whoever buys in January will get £2,000 in John Lewis vouchers and £1,000 towards legal fees.

    So, let's take a look...
