Road closure in Milton Keynes for emergency Anglian Water works

    A section of a road in Bletchley is closed to allow Anglian Water to carry out emergency works.

    A Bletchley road will be closed until 26th January 2024 while Anglian Water carry out emergency works.

    Cottingham Grove, in Bletchley, at the junction of Buckingham Road, is closed while Anglian Water construct a 315mm diameter foul water rising main from a Pumping Station located in Selbourne Avenue. 

    The road closure is in place for the safety of the public, Milton Keynes City Council says.

    The closure is in place from today, 4th January until 26th January with an alternative route via Buckingham Road.

    In a notice issued by Milton Keynes City Council, the emergency closure may continue in force for up to 21 days from the date under its provisions.
