Police release update following a number of warrants in Milton Keynes

    Following a number of warrants in the south of Milton Keynes on Tuesday (19/10) in which there were five arrests, some individuals have been charged and others have been bailed.

    A 36-year-old man, from Milton Keynes has been released on police bail until 16 November after he was arrested on suspicion of blackmail offences.

    In unrelated offences: Igli Alia, aged 22, of Pole Barn Road, Trowbridge, was also charged with one count of cannabis production.

    He appeared at Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (20/10).

    He was remanded to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on 22 November 2021.

    Romarjo Rrema, aged 25 of Victoria Road, Bletchley was also charged with production of cannabis.

    He appeared at Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (20/10) and was remanded in custody to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on 22 November 2021.

    A 20-year-old man from Milton Keynes was also arrested on suspicion of cannabis production.

    He has been bailed until 16 November 2021.

    A woman who was also arrested has been handed over to immigration officials.

    This comes as last week, warrants were carried out across the three counties of Thames Valley, aiming to disrupt illegal activity as well as taking drugs off the streets.
