People told to call 999 if they spot this absconded prisoner that has links to Milton Keynes

    People are being told to call 999 if they see an absconded prisoner that has links to Wolverton in Milton Keynes.

    Aaron Stephen Williams, aged 41, absconded from HMP Springhill in Aylesbury at around 6pm on Saturday (31/7).

    He was serving a sentence for an incident of GBH with intent.

    Williams is 5ft 11ins tall and of a slim build. He has blue eyes and short mousey-coloured hair.

    Although Williams' location is unknown, he is believed to have links to Wolverton. Thames Valley Police is currently wanting to locate Williams and had advised that people call 999 if they spot him.

    Police Staff Investigator Mark Weatherstone, of Aylesbury police station, explained: “We are appealing for the help of the public to locate Williams, who absconded on Saturday.

    “If you see him, do not approach him and call 999 instead. You can also make a report online if you have any information on Williams’ whereabouts and please quote 43210341793 when doing so.

    “Alternatively if you wish to remain anonymous, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
