Milton Keynes residents invited to have their say on future of Brunel Centre

A Draft Development Brief has been prepared for the Brunel Centre and former Sainsbury’s site in Bletchley.

Residents are being invited to have a say in the future of some key sites in Bletchley.

The site includes the Brunel Centre, the former Sainsbury’s, Wilko and Stanier Square.

Milton Keynes Development Partnership (MKDP), Milton Keynes City Council’s independent placemaking company, along with MK City Council, purchased the site earlier this year.

It now forms part of the Bletchley and Fenny Stratford Town Deal project.

A Draft Development Brief has been prepared to help set out design principles for the site's redevelopment in a bid to help regenerate the town centre.

Local people are being invited to share their thoughts, the draft brief can be found at: Current Urban Design consultations | Milton Keynes City Council (milton-keynes.gov.uk)

All comments must be sent by 5pm on Thursday 23 November 2023.

A presentation will be taking place on 21st November with Bletchley and Fenny Stratford Town Council at Newton Leys Pavilion, Furzey Way, Newton Leys, MK3 5SP at 19:30.
