A hotel in Milton Keynes with over 120 bedrooms and a gym has gone on the market with the sellers predicting 'a strong level of interest'.

A 124-bedroom hotel in Milton Keynes has been put on the market.

The Novotel hotel, located in Heelands, features a gym, bar, a restaurant and conference and events facilities.

Colliers has been instructed by KS Saxon Street to market the hotel at an undisclosed price.

The property is being offered to the market with vacant possession, free of management or franchise agreement.

The sellers say that the brand owner Accor has said that they would welcome discussions to continue either management or franchise agreement.

Associate Director in the Hotel Capital Markets team at Colliers, Kit Abram, has commented “The Novotel Milton Keynes offers a great opportunity to acquire an asset free and clear of management in a strong south east market.

"We expect to receive a strong level of interest from UK domestic operators, cross-border, and international capital, as well as institutional investors seeking value add opportunities.”
