Milton Keynes Health and Care Partnership announces new Independent Chairperson to lead Bletchley Pathfinder

    The Milton Keynes Health and Care Partnership has announced that Toni Fisher has accepted the role of Bletchley Pathfinder Independent Chairperson.

    The Bletchley Pathfinder is a multi-agency initiative aimed at improving health and care co-ordination and strengthen he efforts to prevent ill health.

    Toni is a well known and respected professional who for the last 31 years of working in primary care within Bletchley, most recently working for the successful Whaddon House Surgery as Practice Business Manager.

    Cllr Pete Marland, Chair of the Milton Keynes Health and Care Partnership said: “Toni’s appointment is great news. Her knowledge of Bletchley is first class and I am confident she will be able to bring key organisations and services together.” 
     
    Maria Wogan from the Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes Integrated Care Board, a member of the Milton Keynes Health and Care Partnership said: “The Bletchley Pathfinder is an important part of our response to the national report from Dr Clare Fuller which challenges us to improve the ways our health and care services are working together.”

    The Milton Keynes Health and Care Partnership plans to use the learning from the Bletchley Pathfinder to develop new ways of working across the city.
