Milton Keynes Council visit 150 businesses in COVID compliance check

Milton Keynes Council have checked more than 150 businesses to see if they are complying with current guidelines.

Currently, only businesses like essential retail and repair services can remain open.

In the businesses that have been checked, officials offer advice and support as they remain open.

Concerns regarding businesses which remain open when they should be closed, social distancing, issues regarding the non wearing of face masks by staff in businesses or any other Covid-19 related issue, should be sent by e-mail to CovidConcern@milton-keynes.gov.uk.

It comes as Thames Valley Police announced two weeks ago they had reports of over 100 lockdown breaches in Milton Keynes, which you can read more on here.

The case rate in Milton Keynes is currently at 328.8 cases per 100,000 people.
