Milton Keynes club hits the bullseye by winning 'Darts Club of the Year' Award

Denbigh Hall Sports & Social Club in Bletchley has been crowned Darts Club of the Year at the prestigious 2025 Club Mirror Awards.

Darts has grown massively in the new city area over the past few years, with Denbigh Hall at the centre of the growth - the venue is the home base for MK Sharks Darts Club, whose rapid expansion has helped bring more players, families and supporters through the doors every week.

Denbigh Hall hosts league nights every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, keeping the venue buzzing throughout the week.

The club is also home to one of the area’s most iconic annual events — the MK Famous Toilet Seat Darts Competition, held every New Year’s Day and now a staple of local darts culture.

“Winning Darts Club of the Year on a national stage is huge for us,” said Denbigh Hall's Craig Neale, “We’re a community club run by hardworking staff, volunteers and loyal members, and we’re proud to represent Milton Keynes.”

The club also made the shortlist in the categories of Community club of the Year and Sports & Social Club of the Year.

“Being finalists in all three categories shows how far Denbigh Hall has come,” Craig added, “MK Sharks has helped bring even more people into the venue, but this award is absolutely a reflection of the club and everyone who supports it.”
