Housebuilder marks year-and-a-half into new Tattenhoe Park development in Milton Keynes

160 homes are being built by Bellway at Tattenhoe Park, using Modern Methods of Construction.

Work started in May 2022 and the first residents moved into their new homes on site in April 2023, with 86 homes now occupied and a further 17 reserved.

120 homes are being assembled on the site using timber frame panels in place of traditional breeze blocks behind the brickwork, while the remaining 40 new properties are modular homes which are built off-site in a factory, before being installed on the site and connected to mains services.  Luke Southgate, Sales Director of Bellway Northern Home Counties, said: “A year and a half on, it is important to take stock of all that has been achieved at Tattenhoe Park.

“We can now see a new neighbourhood in Milton Keynes taking shape, as these photos show. “We’re pleased to share the progress we’ve made thus far on this pioneering project, which is set to be completed this year.

112 of the 160 homes are for private sale, with 48 being affordable for local people through low-cost rent or shared ownership.

The Bellway homes form part of the wider Tattenhoe Park neighbourhood which is planned to comprise more than 1,300 homes.
