Carers in Milton Keynes invited to brand new 'Carers Café'

    Home Instead Milton Keynes are thrilled to announce the launch of a brand new Carers Café – ‘CUPS’.

    Home Instead provide care for clients in the comfort of their own homes, offer companionship and personal care, help with household tasks and others to make their lives easier, and enable the clients to live independent lives at their homes.

    ‘CUPS’ stands for Carers United in Providing Support.

    CUPS is being set up by Home Instead Milton Keynes to provide a regular meeting place for those who care for their family, friends, neighbours etc to have a little time out for themselves on a monthly basis. CUPS welcomes carers from the Milton Keynes community and surrounding areas.

    It's completely free to attend will run every third Thursday of the month from 10:30am – 12.30pm at Global House, Vincent Avenue, Crownhill MK8 0AB.

    There is free on-site parking and refreshments will be available.

    There will be a programme of demonstrations, talks, activities and useful information on a variety of health related topics as well as signposting to local groups and societies in the area.

    No need to book, everyone is welcome.
