Brand new brunch restaurant opens this week in Milton Keynes

A brand new addition is opening at The Hub in Milton Keynes tomorrow at 12pm (4/5/23),

Fabrice, the newest 'ultimate destination for breakfast & brunch lovers' is opening in MK tomorrow.

The menu features a wide selection of classic traditional breakfast dishes, including English breakfast, avocado sourdough toast, eggs benedict and fluffy waffles topped with fresh fruits and syrup. The restaurant also offers a range of specialty coffees, made with locally sourced beans.

As well as breakfast and brunch options, Fabrice has an evening menu which includes beef burgers and steaks.

The new restaurant is replacing The Green Cocoa Lab, which unfortunately closed recently after opening in 2022.

The opening of a brand new restaurant comes as work is currently underway to transform the Hub in Milton Keynes to create a more 'usable and attractive' public place.

Built over 15 years ago, The Hub is now home to some of the most popular hospitality venues in the city.

As part of its makeover, restaurants and bars within the square have recently been fitted with porte cocheres, allowing more room for dining and socialising.

As pictured, plans for the piazza include new greenery, trees, seating areas and lighting, set to create a 'new and exciting' feature point.

You can find out more about Fabrice or read the menu here.
