ANOTHER new Hotel and Multi Story Car Park set to open next to The Hub in Milton Keynes

Developers are preparing to submit a planning application for ANOTHER new hotel and multi story car park, this time to be situated next to The Hub in Central Milton Keynes.

The site is currently undeveloped and has been for over 10 years, facing onto Avebury Boulevard.

But now it is set to be transformed into a 256 bedroom Marriott 'Moxy Hotel' as well as a multi story car park.

Moxy is a new brand from the hotel chain, and currently has outlets in New York, London and Milan.

The rooms in the hotel are described as 'small but expertly designed' and the lobby is 'the place to be', according to travel website ShermansTravel.

It comes just months after the green light was given to a brand new 14 storey hotel to be built adjacent to John Lewis.

A planning application for the new building is set to be submitted shortly, with developers saying it will be for the benefit of Milton Keynes.
