This extra special Afternoon Tea will be served in the iconic Victorian Mansion overlooking the lake and surrounded by the historic huts and blocks. Vocalist Alison Carter will provide the music with soothing sounds of a bygone era.

Freshly baked scones with Somerset farm butter, Cornish clotted cream and Wilkin & sons Tiptree jam

A range of luxurious sandwiches including Lea valley cucumber, smoked salmon, Coronation chicken and ham and Mustard.

A selection of five different delicate cakes and tarts; delicious flavours combine including passion fruit and rum tarts, salted caramel pear and mascarpone toffee cheesecake, spiced carrot cake with pistachio frosting, a unique red velvet torte and a tangy heart-shaped raspberry shortbread.
