    There are a diverse range of roles within The Parks Trust including landscape management, finance, property management, marketing, events and outdoor learning. The team are often searching for new people to join our team who share our passion for the outdoors, parks and the environment.

    Head of IT & Digital Transformation

    • Expiry date: 23 April 2023
    • Location: Milton Keynes
    • Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

    This is an exciting time to join our organisation to lead and deliver a digital transformation project, adapting business processes and experiences to meet the company’s aspirations and needs.

    Landscape Technical Officer

    • Expiry date: 16 April 2023
    • Location: Milton Keynes
    • Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

    We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Landscape Technical Officer to join our busy team in maintaining and planning the management and development of our parks and green spaces.

    Outdoor Learning Leader

    • Expiry date: 13 April 2023
    • Location: Milton Keynes
    • Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

    This is an exciting opportunity to inspire the citizens of Milton Keynes about the natural world and their local green spaces. 

    Watersports Instructor

    • Location: Willen Lake
    • Salary: £11.70 per hour

    We are looking for Watersports Instructors to join our team. Depending on your qualifications, you will deliver a range of disciplines, including Sailing, Paddleboarding, Kayaking, Canoeing and Windsurfing.

    Watersports Supervisor (RYA Senior Instructor)

    • Location: Willen Lake
    • Salary: £12.80 per hour

    We are looking for a qualified RYA Senior Instructor (known internally as a Watersports Supervisor) to join our team. 

    Watersports Manager

    • Expiry date: 26 April 2023
    • Location: Willen Lake
    • Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum

    We’re seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Watersports Manager. You’ll be working amongst a diverse team at one of Milton Keynes’ most popular family attractions.
