Milton Keynes Breakers host NASSA in latest league outing

MK Breakers return to NBL Division 2 action this Saturday as they host NASSA at Bletchley Leisure Centre with Tip Off scheduled for 5pm.

The Breakers are in impressive form heading into the clash having won seven games in a row in all competitions. The winning streak has seen Billy Beddow’s side climb to top of the NBL Division 2 Table alongside Team Solent Kestrels.

NASSA, meanwhile, currently sit fourth in the table, having won three of their league games and suffering two defeats. The London outfit have beaten Oaklands College Wolves, London Stars and Westminster Warriors, but tasted defeat against both Team Solent Kestrels and Cardiff Met Archers.

The Breakers enter the clash having recorded back-to-back wins last weekend, firstly beating Westminster Warriors 119-71 - Andre Arrisol topped the scoring with 24 points, with Mike New Jr (15) and Blayne Freckleton (14) closely behind.

The Breakers then hosted NBL Division 1 outfit Lougborough Riders the following evening in the National Cup. Jordan Spencer (23) and Chris Tawiah (23) topped the scoring for the Breakers, with Blayne Freckleton once again recording 14 points.
