Work starts to replace club crest on MK Dons stadium

Old artwork comes down to make way for club’s new look.

Work has begun to replace the old MK Dons crest and branding to make way for the new image.

Technicians have been removing the massive ‘MK Dons’ badging on the walls of Stadium MK so that the surface can be prepared to take the club’s new branding.

The club confirmed last month that it would see through an ‘evolution’ of branding, following consultations with MK Dons’ supporters board and season tickets holders. A new crest has been revealed and will be rolled out digitally and across the stadium before the start of the new 2025/26 season this summer.

The new crest will be seen by fans on the shirts of all the club’s football teams including the men’s first team, women’s first team, the academy, boys, girls and disability teams.

“We believe it’s the right time to do this, it is an evolution, and supporters will start to see that brand and crest appear physically around the stadium and digitally across all of our platforms over the course of the summer,” said Neil Hart, MK Dons CEO.

“We’ve got a bit of work to do to roll that out, but I’m really pleased we’re in such a positive position. We all want the Dons to be successful.

“We’re here to deliver a football team this city can get behind and be proud of, and the evolution of our crest is fundamental to that. When supporters see it added to the building and digitally, they’ll absolutely love it, it looks great!”
