Women Leaders looks for new Board trustees in Milton Keynes

As Women Leaders UK celebrates its 10th anniversary, the charity is inviting expressions of interest from new trustees to join its Board.

During 10 years of activity, the charity has celebrated more than a thousand inspirational women through the Women Leaders Awards, and expanded its impact through mentoring, allyship, and partnership programmes that champion gender equality and inclusion, particularly within sectors where women remain underrepresented.

Founded by Jan Flawn CBE, the volunteer-led charity is driven by people passionate about levelling the gender playing field and creating a more inclusive working world.

The charity is keen to hear from individuals with experience in finance, as well as those with expertise in quality and compliance or technology.

“Our first 10 years have been about recognition and inspiration,” said Chair Dr Julie Mills OBE DL, “The next 10 are about deepening our impact, creating real change through partnership, mentoring and advocacy.

“This is a wonderful opportunity for people who share our passion to help shape what comes next.”

Anyone interested in joining the Board is invited to complete an expression of interest form by November 7: Women Leaders UK - Expression of Interest
