Woman offers £25k reward after her 'sentimental' belongings were allegedly stolen in Milton Keynes

A woman is offering a hefty reward after her car was allegedly broken into and her precious belongings stolen at Newport Pagnell service station on Friday afternoon (24/7).

The lady claims she parked her distinctive white Jeep next to the last electric charging bay, and proceeded to lock the car while she made a quick trip to KFC at around 2pm.

"I was gone 10 minutes," she said. "When I came out, the car had been opened and everything even in the boot was taken.. suitcases, handbags."

The MK Citizen has reported that the belongings stolen were valued up to £100,000 including precious jewellery.

Thames Valley Police has confirmed that they are investigating "a report of theft from a vehicle" at the service station, with a police spokesperson adding that "ongoing enquiries are being made to establish the circumstances of the incident".

The alleged victim of theft has since taken matters into her own hands and is said to be offering a £25,000 reward for information leading to the retrieval of her "sentimental" belongings.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Thames Valley Police, by calling 101 and quoting reference number 43200227625. Reports can also be made online here.
