The tragic events took place earlier this afternoon at Milton Keynes Hospital.
Thames Valley Police was called at 1:20pm today (23/5) to a report that a woman had fallen from a car park at Milton Keynes Hospital.
Members of the public provided first aid at the scene however the woman was sadly deceased.
Her next of kin have been informed.
The death is being treated as unexplained but is not believed to be suspicious.
