Witness appeal launched following hit and run in Milton Keynes

    Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision in which a vehicle failed to stop in Milton Keynes between 10pm and 10.10pm yesterday (23/7),

    A pedestrian was involved in a collision on H7 Chaffron Way, Shenley Lodge.

    The vehicle has been described as dark coloured.

    A man in his thirties, the pedestrian, has sustained injuries that required hospital treatment.

    He remains in hospital at this time.

    The vehicle failed to stop at the scene.

    Investigating officer, PC Adam Stevens, of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, said: “I am appealing for any witnesses that may have seen this incident, or anyone who may have information about what happened, to please come forward.

    “I would also ask anyone who has dash-cam footage of the area around the time of the incident to please review it in case it has captured something that could assist the investigation.
