Police in Milton Keynes yesterday arrested a man who gave his name as Tom Jones, and when they used their fingerprint scanner, they discovered he was wanted on a recall to prison, and was definitely not the famous Welsh singer!

'To make matters worse, when searched he was found in possession of suspected stolen fragrances and CCTV footage showed him spraying himself generously before shoving the bottles down his trousers.

They added: 'The male has since been charged and remanded in custody and will be taking a trip to serve out the remainder of a previous sentence at His Majesty's pleasure.
