Police in Milton Keynes have charged two people with a number of thefts in the area.
Christopher Vigar, aged 51, of fixed abode, was arrested and charged yesterday with the following offences:
- Theft of items to the value of £255 from a branch of Tesco on 1 November
- Theft of a pedal cycle in Milton Keynes on 19 August
- Theft of a pedal cycle in Milton Keynes on 4 September
- Theft of clothing from a branch of Mountain Warehouse in Milton Keynes on 18 October
- Theft of a parcel in Milton Keynes on 19 August
- Theft of a Royal British Legion poppy collection box in Milton Keynes on 1 November
Vigar will appear before Buckinghamshire Magistrates’ Court today.
Police have also arrested and charged Tara Shirley, aged 50, of no fixed abode, with:
- Theft of clothing from a branch of Mountain Warehouse in Milton Keynes on 18 October
- Theft of a pedal cycle in Milton Keynes on 4 September
- Theft of a parcel in Milton Keynes on 19 August
- Theft of a gift card belonging to Costa Coffee in Milton Keynes on 1 November
Shirley is also due to appear before Buckinghamshire Magistrates today.
