TRAVEL UPDATE: Road closure on A5 in Milton Keynes following collision involving lorry

Recovery teams are working on clearing the road.

AA Traffic says the road is closed and queueing traffic due to recovery work and earlier accident, a lorry involved on A5 Southbound from A508 to A422 Monks Way (Abbey Hill Roundabout).

A collision has taken place on the A5 this morning (25/11).

Reports say that a lorry was involved in the collision.

Drivers can expect congestion to the A508 and A422 approaching Old Stratford.

UPDATE 13:55- The A5 is still closed.
