TRAVEL: Queues on M1 near Milton Keynes due to broken down lorry

There are 6 miles of queues on the M1 Southbound this morning (17/11) from J11 (Dunstable South) to J10 for (Luton Airport Spur Road).

Congestion is currently backed up to J12 (Flitwick).

Reports say this is because of a broken down lorry.

AA Traffic has also reported delays of two minutes and delays increasing on M1 Northbound between M1 (Toddington Services) and M1 (Newport Pagnell Services), with an average speed 25 mph- the cause of this is unknown.

UPDATE 09:30- Traffic is clearing and delays are now at 19 minutes.
