Following a Thames Valley Police investigation, three men have been sentenced in connection with drug offences in Milton Keynes.

In a hearing at Aylesbury Crown Court on Thursday (12/1), Sharmarke Hassan, aged 26, of Boycott Avenue, Oldbrook, Milton Keynes was sentenced to four years and six months’ imprisonment.

He pleaded guilty to two counts of being concerned in the supply of a class A drug, namely heroin and cocaine.

At the same hearing, Zack Graham, aged 28 of Chatsworth Drive, Liverpool and Kyle Dickinson, aged 30, of Drake Road, Moreton, Wirral pleaded guilty to two counts each of possession with intent to supply a class A drug, namely heroin and cocaine.

Graham was sentenced to five years and eight months’ imprisonment.

Dickinson was sentenced to two years’ imprisonment, suspended for two years.

Following a proactive investigation into a drugs line operation in Milton Keynes, officers stopped a vehicle on Sunrise Parkway on 30 November last year.

The occupants of the vehicle, Hassan, Graham and Dickinson, were arrested and the vehicle searched.

Officers found 124 wraps of heroin and a quantity of cocaine, as well as a mobile phone that had been used to facilitate the supply of drugs.

Hassan, Graham and Dickinson were charged on 1 December last year.

Investigating officer, Detective Constable Beck Hurley-Brydon, of the Serious and Organised Crime Unit, said: “This investigation by the Serious and Organised Crime Unit focussed on a number of drugs lines operating in the Milton Keynes area supplying class A drugs.

“With the help of the Stronghold team, we were able to successfully disrupt this line that operated at a significant level across Milton Keynes.

“Thames Valley Police are committed to tackling organised crime in partnership, in order to dismantle and disrupt country drugs lines that cause serious harm within our communities.”
