MK Council have voted unanimously to place a Deed of Easement on approved development works in Wavendon.
This means that any potential new residents would be informed of the music venue and associated noise before they purchase a property, and will have their rights to make any complaints restricted.
If the building work had gone ahead without the Deed of Easement in place, new residents could have placed the iconic music venue into jeopardy.
