Teenager suffers broken jaw after being attacked during attempted robbery in Milton Keynes

    Police are appealing for witnesses after a teenage boy was assaulted during an attempted robbery in Milton Keynes, leaving him with a broken jaw.

    It happened at around 6.30pm on Wednesday (28/10), when the victim was walking along an alleyway in Leven Close.

    The victim was approached from behind by several people who pushed him to the ground and attempted to take his sports bag.

    The victim refused to give them his bag and he was subsequently assaulted.

    He sustained injuries to his face, including a broken jaw, and required medical treatment at the Milton Keynes University Hospital.

    Investigating officer Detective Constable Susan Russell, based at Milton Keynes police station said: “The description of the offenders is unknown at this time, but I am appealing for anyone who may have witnessed this incident or has any information to please get in touch.
