Support available to the residents of Milton Keynes

If you or someone you know has been diagnosed with a terminal illness Milton Keynes City Council can help.

If you or a loved one has received a terminal diagnosis, you will no longer have to pay council tax.

We understand this is an incredibly difficult time, and worrying about bills should not be part of it.

This support is available through our Council Tax Reduction Scheme. It means the full amount of council tax will be covered from the date of diagnosis, so you can focus on what matters most.
