Starbucks drive-thru in Milton Keynes will reopen this week

MKFM can exclusively reveal that Starbucks drive-thru at The Place retail park will be opening from this Thursday (14/5).

Simon Birch, Starbucks District Manager, told MKFM that the drive-thru will be open from 6am to 9pm on Thursday.

Customers will only be able to pay for the goods via cashless payments and Starbucks App payments only, with the café remaining closed for the time being.

The news comes as Starbucks has today (11/5) announced that they will be reopening 150 sites across the UK.

Various safety measures will be implemented to protect the safety of customers and staff. These include the introduction of a limited menu, extra cleaning protocols, precautions, and making sure staff are following social distancing.

As a small gesture of gratitude, Starbucks will also offer NHS workers a free 'Tall' beverage of their choice.
