Six Milton Keynes McDonalds set to re-open from 11am today with queues expected

Six McDonalds Drive Thru locations are set to open from 11am this morning, with queues expected at the sites.

MKFM exclusively revealed the opening date for the Milton Keynes sites last Tuesday, before the official announcement.

The six sites opening at 11am today will be at Westcroft, Wolverton, Bow Brickhill (A5 Watling St), Stadium MK, Portway (near the Station) and Kingston.

Heavy traffic is expected in each location, with motorists at other locations across the country which opened earlier this week reporting queuing times of hours.

The sites in Milton Keynes will be open for Drive Thru only from 11am to 10pm. Delivery, take-away or eat in options will all be unavailable.

In addition, there will be a limited menu with McFlurries included (but no milkshakes) and a maximum £25 spend per car.

Customers will be encouraged not to block roads and to return later on if there is queue of traffic.

The McDonalds sites at The Centre MK and Xscape will remain closed until further notice.
