Residents of Woughton will be receiving a series of visits from Santa planned in December.
Working with local Resident Associations and volunteer elves, Woughton Community Council have arranged for Santa to make some special visits.
After a very difficult year, this will bring some much welcome joy to the parish.
Santa will be visiting Netherfield and Beanhill on Wednesday 15th, starting at 5pm at Barnfield Drive and travelling down each road between Barnfield and Buckland Drives (starting with Broadlands, then Farthing Grove, The Hide, Famborough, Beadlemead and Langland Road).
From 6pm (ish) on the 15th, Santa will be on Beanhill – starting at Lammas end of Meadale Road, travelling down to Beanfare, he will turn around, up to Tandra and through to Maslin, right turn down to Dodkin and then up to Capron, finishing at Ashfield on Wastel.
On Thursday 16th, Peartree Bridge is the first stop, starting at Waterside House from 5.30pm, travelling along Waterside and then up Chadds Lane, through Ambridge Grove and then finishing with Waterside odds.
From 6pm, Santa will travel over to Eaglestone, starting on Golden Drive, travelling down Forest Rise, onto Montagu Drive and then travelling round Golden Drive, onto Harrier Drive completing the ring road.
On Friday 17th, Leadenhall and Coffee Hall get visits – starting at Fulwoods Drive from 5pm, travelling through the estate, down Rainbow Drive, Phoenix Drive, round Coles Avenue and then out via Palace Square.
Coffee Hall starts at 5.30pm, travelling along Rochfords, St Dunstans, Jonathans, Garraways and Daniels Welch, before finishing with Robins Hill.
And finally, Santa will visit Tinkers Bridge on the afternoon of Saturday 18th December, from 4pm. Visiting every road, he will go from Colne to Blisworth, Hatton, Brent, Buckby, Bascote, Broadwater, Congreve and then Marshworth.
