A house in Milton Keynes has been slapped with a closure order following anti-social behaviour.

Thames Valley Police, along with Pinnacle Housing, have secured a 3 month closure order on an address in Eaton Leys, Bletchley, which has been granted by Milton Keynes Magistrates Court.

The closure order comes after numerous reports of anti social behaviour, nuisance and criminality at the address.

A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police said: "We take reports of this nature very seriously and this closure order will help tackle any issues. This sends a clear message that this type of behaviour will not be tolerated."

A full closure order makes it a criminal offence for any person other than those named on the order to enter.

TVP say: "Closure orders come in two forms. A full closure order which means no person including the resident can enter the address and a partial closure order which means the resident may remain at the address but no other person can enter unless named on the order

"Closure orders are a great tool to help the police/local authorities and housing associations to tackle anti social behaviour and criminal activity coming from an address."
