Man confronted woman in city underpass.
Thames Valley Police have released an e-fit image of a man, in connection with an exposure in Milton Keynes.
A man exposed himself to the victim, a woman in her 40s, at around 3.15pm on Sunday 9th November 2025, in the underpass under Silbury Boulevard adjacent to Network Rail.
The offender, depicted in the e-fit, is described as a black man of average height. At the time of the offence, he was wearing a dark coloured puffer coat and dark tracksuit bottoms. The offender was also described as speaking with an African accent.
“We are appealing for anyone who recognises the man in the e-fit to come forward,” said police constable Sophie Smith.
“Additionally, if anyone has any further information or witnessed this incident, we would also ask them to get in touch.
