Police launch appeal following criminal damage incident in Milton Keynes

    Two men from Milton Keynes have been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage, possession of an offensive weapon and a public order offence following an incident that took place on 7 March.

    As a result, Thames Valley Police is appealing for any extra information that the public may have. 

    Between 21:00 and 21:30 on 7 March, a taxi driver was driving along V8 Marlborough Street near Peartree Bridge when he was forced to emergency stop behind a small black Seat. 

    Two people got out of the Seat and approached the taxi with screwdrivers, scratching the windscreen and opening the passenger door and threatening the driver.

    No one was injured during the incident.

    Following the arrest, the 22-year-old and the 26-year-old have been released under investigation.
