Police issue statement following reports of body being found on Milton Keynes estate

    Following social media reports of heavy police presence in Eaglestone last night, MKFM reached out to Thames Valley Police.

    Last night, several users took to social media reporting heavy police presence in the Eaglestone areas of Milton Keynes, with helicopters and sirens being heard throughout the estate.

    Some users implied a body had been found.

    TVP have confirmed that an unwell male was found on Kite Hill, Eaglestone and sadly passed away in hospital.

    At present this is not being treated as suspicious.

    A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police told MKFM: "Thames Valley Police received reports of an unwell male on Kite Hill from South Central Ambulance Service at around 5.40pm yesterday (11/10). After attending to the man, he sadly passed away in hospital.

    "His next of kin has been informed and Police are conducting enquiries to establish the exact circumstances however at present this is not being treated as suspicious.

    "If anyone has any information relating to the incident please call 101 and quote 43210459332."
