Police investigating assault in Milton Keynes

Police are investigating an assault in Milton Keynes, following an incident where a man was stabbed.

Thames Valley Police (TVP) are investigating an assault at Reggae Land Festival at The National Bowl.

A man was stabbed at about 8.50pm and was taken to hospital, where his condition is described critical.

TVP believe this was a targeted attack and there is no risk to festivalgoers or the wider public.

TVP are conducting a thorough investigation; taking witness statements, carrying out forensic examinations and CCTV enquiries.
