Police discover cannabis farm in Milton Keynes housing estate

Thames Valley Police has today (1/2) busted a cannabis farm in a residential estate.

Milton Keynes North neighbourhood officers raided a property in Downs Barn this morning.

They searched the property under Section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act.

Upon executing the warrant, officers discovered a large number of cannabis plants that have since been seized.

A spokesperson for the force added: "The residents have by-passed the electrics at the property and this shows how dangerous this can be."

Today's discovery follows the news that another growing setup had been discovered in Oldbrook on Saturday (30/1).
