A driver has been arrested in Milton Keynes after failing a drugs test.

Police stopped a Mercedes in Milton Keynes yesterday (25/8), after the driver had previously failed to stop for police.

The driver was then arrested after failing a drug test for Cannabis.

Police say he faces a 'nervous wait' for results.

It comes as another driver and passenger were reported after police spotted a vehicle driving the wrong way around a roundabout.

After stopping the car, police soon found out that the driver had no licence or insurance.

The uninsured driver also claimed to be receiving a 'driving lesson' by the passenger.

The passenger also had no insurance.

A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police says the car was seized and both drivers have been reported following the incident.
