Police appeal over Milton Keynes knife point robbery

    Victim had blade held to stomach in sickening attack.

    Thames Valley Police are appealing for witnesses following a knifepoint robbery in Milton Keynes last week.

    At around 2pm on Wednesday 28th January, the victim, a woman in her 40s, was walking on the overbridge to Bradwell Common when she was grabbed by the offender, who held a knife to her stomach. The offender demanded £10 and took it before heading into Bradwell Common. The victim was not injured.

    The offender is described as a white woman in her 40s, around 5ft 5ins tall of small build, with jaw-length brown hair in the shape of a bob and missing front teeth.

    She was wearing a red top and blue jogging bottoms with a backpack on her shoulder at the time of the offence.

    “I am appealing for any witnesses of this knifepoint robbery to please come forward,” said investigating officer, Detective Constable Michael Edmonds.

    “If you have CCTV cameras or a video doorbell in those areas, or if you were driving in the area with a dash-cam, please check your recordings in case they have captured something that could support our investigation.
