Police appeal launched after gang 'with petrol bombs' are seen in Milton Keynes residential area

    Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following an incident of affray in Milton Keynes.

    The incident occurred at around 12.30am on Sunday (7/8) on Weavers Hill, Fullers Slade.

    Several men in dark clothing were seen with machetes, water pistols filled with petrol and petrol bombs.

    Police investigator, Charles Cox, based at Milton Keynes police station, said: “I am appealing for anybody who believes that they witnessed this incident, or who may have dash-cam or CCTV footage to please contact Thames Valley Police, either online or by calling 101, quoting reference number 43220350759.

    “You can upload any footage or pictures to our dedicated portal here.

    “Alternatively, you can also call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”

    A 19-year-old man from Milton Keynes was arrested on suspicion of affray and possession of an offensive weapon and has been bailed until 2 September.
