Police appeal for witnesses following grievous bodily harm incident in Milton Keynes

    Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following an incident of grievous bodily harm in Milton Keynes.

    At around 4.10pm on Tuesday (23/6), there was an altercation between a man and a group in The Hide, Netherfield which involved weapons, including a chainsaw.

    The victim, a man in his thirties, was chased and assaulted. He sustained injuries to his head, ribs and left arm as well as cuts and bruises that required hospital treatment. He has since been discharged.

    Investigating officer, Detective Sergeant Luke Grove, based at Milton Keynes police station, said: “I am appealing for any witnesses to this incident, or anyone who has any information, to please come forward.

    “The victim was subjected to a sustained assault in which he sustained grievous bodily harm level injuries.

    “I would also urge anyone with dash-cams who were in the local area around the time of the incident to check footage in case it may have captured something that could assist with the investigation.
