Police appeal after Milton Keynes assault

    Girl ‘inappropriately touched’ while on Redway.

    Milton Keynes police have appealed for information and witnesses after a teenage girl was assaulted in Leadenhall.

    At around 5pm on Saturday 17th January, the victim was out walking on the Redway near Phoenix Drive. She was approached by a man asking for directions when he inappropriately touched her.

    The victim subsequently shouted which alerted a female from a nearby property who went to help. 

    The offender is described as a black man, aged in his late teens, of medium build, with a short afro and a slight moustache. He was wearing black skinny jeans, a black jacket and red trainers.

    “I am appealing to anybody who may have witnessed this incident or has information that could assist in our investigation to contact Thames Valley Police," said investigating officer, Police Constable Bethan Paterson.

    “I am also appealing to the female who went to help the victim to come forward as we believe you may be able to assist our investigation.
