The development, named Bluebell House, is currently under construction by McCarthy Stone on Barnsdale Drive in Westcroft.
Located opposite Howe Park Wood, the name of the development is inspired by the beautiful wildflowers that populate the woodland during the spring and summer.
Bluebell House will comprise of one and two-bedroom apartments, exclusively for the over 70s.
The apartments will be available to buy off-plan from summer 2022, with first occupants expected to move in during December and prospective purchasers are urged to register their interest now to receive updates.
